Affirmations

Positive affirmations are designed to challenge and change those negative beliefs that we have about ourselves, others, and the world around us. Affirmations are more than just repeating words. It is a whole process of becoming aware of your thoughts and words in everyday life, choosing to think and project happy positive thoughts.
Here are some affirmations to get you started.  Hopefully you will make a list for yourself and say them daily.
